Not so, says Jamie, who swears she was "ugly," complete with "pimples, braces, big ears and no figure." And, she confesses, other kids used to make fun of her, which made her shy. Thankfully, nature took its course and our self-described ugly duckling soon began her transformation into the beautiful swan she is today. As her beauty blossomed, others persuaded her to try modeling, and it was through modeling that her confidence grew. The experiences from her childhood stayed with her, however, and she uses those memories to stay grounded. "I have changed outside but now my insides are still the same, if not stronger and wiser." She appreciates everything life has offered her so far, including becoming a Cyber Girl. "I hope to promote Playboy in the future," Jamie said, "not only as a number one fan but as a family, too!"
