"I believe everything in moderation is the key to staying fit," says the South Carolina beauty. She balances the occasional indulgence in her favorite desserts and snacks with cardio workouts followed by crunches, squats and lunges. "I also love dancing around the house in my panties. Does that count as a workout?" Yes, Hillary. That most definitely counts!
