When it comes to her story, Barbara Desiree is an open book—or magazine, for that matter. The petite theater student has graced the pages of several International editions of Playboy, and she’s thrilled to be here on Playboy Plus. “I’m a small-town girl, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio,” she says. “Actually, I still live there.
